The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical profiles, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in fast-paced environments. We are looking for someone dynamic, proactive, eager to propose new ideas and improvements, and motivated to make an impact within the team. Previous experience in an outsourcing or staffing company is highly preferred.
