Mercier Consultancy Group is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent with fully paid relocation to Greece. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally while enjoying the benefits of relocating to a beautiful and vibrant country.

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers with product or service-related inquiries.
  • Provide solutions and support in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
  • A positive attitude and desire to deliver outstanding customer service is appreciated.
