Yumwoof is looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to own the next stage of our growth.
We're looking for an experienced, strategic growth leader — someone with 8+ years of experience who can lead a full-funnel DTC strategy, own paid acquisition performance, and drive experimentation across landing pages, offers, funnels, and creative.
The right candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented — analytically sharp and creatively instinctive. You're as comfortable dissecting funnel data as you are identifying a winning hook, offer angle, or messaging shift. You have a genuine sense for what resonates with customers and stay ahead of where DTC creative is heading. You'll have real ownership and a seat at the table with leadership — your thinking will directly shape company-level growth decisions.
