Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to support a flexible, collaborative team. This role will focus on market research, campaign planning, CRM organization, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and performance analysis across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Duties / Task to perform

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, habits, trends, and new branding opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Prepare email marketing plans for targeted audience groups.
  • Plan and support LinkedIn campaigns aimed at specific B2B audiences, including prefabrication manufacturers.
  • Import, organize, and tag contacts and lists in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales to strengthen marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and improve future strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and support the production of marketing materials.
  • Stay current with marketing tools, technologies, SEO practices, and social media strategies.
  • Prepare written outlines for new tasks, test new approaches, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Experience with CRM contact organization, tagging, and campaign list management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify original branding and campaign opportunities.
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid environment where ideas may be tested, adjusted, or restarted.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and work autonomously when needed.

Schedule: Monday 9:00am to 12:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am to 12:30pm, and Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm.
