We currently have a fantastic opportunity within the Everbridge Global Demand Center for an early-career Demand Generation Marketing Specialist. Based in Germany, you’ll work closely with our EMEA go-to-market teams to deliver multichannel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role using Marketo, Salesforce, and AI tools, perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, campaigns, and marketing technology — and who is looking to further develop a career in demand generation and modern B2B marketing.

This position is offered as a Fixed term contract role until the end of the year (2026), with flexibility around the number of working days per week, making it well suited for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time arrangements.

 

Position Overview

The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, International Marketing. The primary responsibility is to execute and optimize multichannel demand generation campaigns focused on Germany and broader EMEA markets.

By combining hands-on execution in Marketo, Salesforce, and AI tools with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting, this role plays an important part in building a predictable, efficient, and scalable growth engine across our international markets.

The Global Demand Center is responsible for building and running demand generation and funnel conversion optimization programs that deliver pipeline and revenue growth with strong marketing ROI. What you'll do:
  • Build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools, including emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
  • Manage audience segmentation, data uploads, and database hygiene to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the promotion and execution of digital and in-person events through coordinated multichannel marketing activities.
  • Plan and coordinate both Everbridge-hosted and third-party events attended by our Sales teams across EMEA.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data-related issues to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of MarTech, Salesforce, Marketo, and AI tools to help modernize and optimize demand generation programs.
  • Collaborate closely with international marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign delivery.

What you'll bring:
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • Desirable: Hands-on experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, including an understanding of campaign and data workflows.
  • Exposure to AI, MarTech, analytics, or reporting tools, alongside a curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in growing into more advanced demand generation or marketing operations roles.
  • Experience working within remote or international teams is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
