Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Keep updated on company developments, policies, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team.
