Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed professionally and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided.
