The Role

Cybertill operates a customer centric product and services model which needs people to go above and beyond when sharing our product with the world. We are looking for an inspiring Key Account Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and growing our key client relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within Cybertill.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and develop strategies to align our products and services with their goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Cybertill’s products and services to existing clients, aiming to maximize revenue and account growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, ensuring that clients receive the most relevant and valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how to leverage Cybertill’s solutions to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics and performance indicators for assigned accounts, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering organic growth.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption of Cybertill’s solutions.

  • Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
