As a Tech Lead, you will play a strategic role, serving as a technical reference and team leader. This position requires a balance between technical expertise, people leadership, and project management.
Requirements
As a Tech Leader, you bring practical familiarity with one or more core financial domains, such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services, and understand the operational workflows, regulatory considerations, and business impact that shape these areas.
You leverage this knowledge not only to guide the technical implementation of backend solutions, such as payment orchestration, fraud-detection services, or onboarding flows, but also to collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and business stakeholders in defining priorities and making trade-offs that balance technical feasibility with strategic objectives.
Your role involves translating domain-specific requirements into actionable tasks, mentoring engineers to understand the business context behind their work, and ensuring the team delivers solutions that are robust, compliant, and aligned with customer needs. You help the squad connect technical work with revenue, performance, and user experience outcomes, creating an environment where engineers contribute with full awareness of business impact.
