About the Role

We’re hiring a creative and execution-focused Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging visual content for brand campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and product storytelling.

This role is responsible for transforming ideas, scripts, and creative briefs into polished animations and motion graphics that drive engagement and strengthen brand presence across platforms.

You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and video teams to develop compelling visual experiences using motion design, animation, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.

This is not just a video editing role. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for motion, pacing, and modern digital content who can combine creativity with technical execution while delivering high-quality assets under tight timelines.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating motion content that performs across digital platforms.

What You’ll Own

Motion Graphics & Animation Production

• Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, presentations, and branded content
• Develop animations for explainer videos, product demos, social media campaigns, reels, and digital advertising assets
• Transform creative concepts and storyboards into polished motion-based visual experiences
• Design engaging transitions, visual effects, and animated sequences that align with campaign goals
• Ensure all animations are visually compelling, modern, and optimized for engagement

Creative Collaboration & Brand Execution

• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, marketers, and creative leads on campaign execution
• Ensure all motion assets align with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity
• Contribute creative ideas, animation styles, and visual storytelling concepts during campaign planning
• Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality
• Support fast-paced campaign launches and evolving creative requests

Video Editing & Multimedia Integration

• Edit motion-based video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Integrate audio, sound effects, music, and voiceovers into animated projects
• Combine static assets, footage, graphics, and animation into cohesive deliverables
• Support short-form video content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

Asset Management & Optimization

• Export animations in optimized formats for social media, web, paid ads, presentations, and broadcast use
• Maintain organized project structures, templates, plugins, and animation libraries
• Ensure files remain scalable, editable, and reusable for future campaigns
• Optimize content for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on modern animation trends, platform formats, and creative best practices
• Support campaign optimization by understanding engagement, watch-time, CTR, and performance metrics
• Continuously improve motion quality, workflow efficiency, and creative execution speed

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of professional motion graphics or animation experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing animations, motion graphics, ads, or branded content
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience creating animations for marketing campaigns, digital ads, or social media content
• Strong understanding of timing, transitions, motion principles, and pacing
• Familiarity with modern social media formats and platform optimization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D tools
• Background in advertising agencies, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning industries
• Familiarity with sound design and audio integration workflows
• Experience creating high-performing ad creatives and social-first content
• Understanding of video marketing KPIs such as CTR, engagement, and watch time

What a Typical Day Looks Like

An Animator / Motion Graphics Designer’s day revolves around bringing creative concepts to life through engaging motion content. You will:
• Review creative briefs and storyboard concepts
• Create animations, transitions, and motion-based assets for campaigns
• Edit and refine video content for multiple digital platforms
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on revisions and campaign goals
