What you'll do
Run 100+ customer conversations per day via text
Convert abandoned carts and stuck conversations into closed sales
Build the messaging playbook, we'll iterate it together
A/B test openers, objection handling, and closing approaches
Own your conversion metrics
As we scale: train and lead the next agents we hire
Bonus points
D2C / e-commerce / Shopify ecosystem background
Retail floor experience
Customer support experience
Hands-on with Postscript, Attentive, Klaviyo, or similar
Early-stage / founding team experience
Requirements
You're a fit if
2+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing sales with a top-performer track record (we'll ask for proof)
Wildly charismatic in writing. Your texts feel like a friend, not a script.
Fast typist (70+ wpm), fast thinker. You'll juggle 30+ live conversations.
Comfortable with modern messaging tools and willing to iterate fast
