Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Handle inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, orders, and returns.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the luxury brand.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in fashion or luxury sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
