You will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients, offering comprehensive assistance with their bookings, handling a wide range of inquiries, and effectively resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth, hassle-free, and memorable travel experience and guiding clients through the entire process with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
• Handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to provide seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with travel policies and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; please state your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in travel booking or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
