AI Solutions Engineer (Integrations & Automation)

Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive AI Solutions Engineer with 2 years of experience to spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence across our organization.

The ideal candidate is a "builder" who can look at a departmental challenge and determine the best path to a solution—whether that is building a custom integration in Dynamics 365, configuring an automated workflow via Zapier, or deploying a standalone AI agent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these tools, from initial discovery to final deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional AI Deployment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify manual processes that can be enhanced by AI (e.g., lead enrichment, sentiment analysis, or automated reporting).
• Workflow Automation: Design and manage complex automated workflows using Zapier, Make, or Power Automate to connect disparate tools with AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• CRM Enhancement: Implement AI-driven features within Dynamics 365 for Sales to improve data hygiene and sales team productivity.
• Custom Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine high-quality prompts and "GPT" style agents tailored to specific departmental needs.
• Tool Evaluation: Research and pilot emerging AI tools to determine their feasibility and ROI for our specific business use cases.

Requirements

• Experience: ~2 years of experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Systems Automation.
• Automation Mastery: Proven experience building multi-step "Zaps" or similar automated workflows that incorporate logic and data transformation.
• CRM Familiarity: Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 (or a similar enterprise CRM) and how it handles data objects.

Technical Literacy:

·         Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.

·         Basic proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for handling custom code steps in automation tools.

·         Experience with Prompt Engineering and working with LLM APIs.

·         Experience with low-code/no-code platforms beyond just automation (e.g., Power Apps or Zapier etc.).

·         Familiarity with data privacy best practices regarding AI and cloud-based automation.
