Boardroom Mastermind is a 14-year-old, invite-only private mastermind for elite real estate operators and business owners. We are not a coaching program, not a course, and not a seminar. We are a highly curated room of experienced, high-net-worth operators, developers, lenders, syndicators, portfolio investors, and business owners, who have outgrown their local circle and need a peer group that matches their level.
Membership starts at $30,000 per year. Our members include centimillionaires, nine-figure commercial developers, and entrepreneurs who have exited companies for over $100 million. Getting in is not easy. That is the point.
You have spent years in high-ticket sales. You can close. You know how deals work. But you are tired of selling to beginners, traveling constantly, or operating in a room that does not match your level.
This is a different kind of opportunity.
As an Account Executive, you will conduct inbound evaluation calls with pre-qualified applicants who have already passed our application screening. These are not cold calls. Every prospect has applied to join Boardroom, qualified through a scored application, and booked their own appointment. Your job is to determine if they belong in the room, and if they do, enroll them.
This is a two-call close. The first call (evaluation) is deep discovery, understanding the prospect's business, goals, and gaps, and presenting the Boardroom. If there is alignment, you schedule an invitation call where enrollment happens.
You are not a salesperson in the traditional sense. You are an admissions officer for one of the most exclusive real estate networks in the country. Your posture is selective. Your conversation is peer-level. Your standard is Ivy League.
Requirements
You are in the room. As part of the team, you attend our quarterly in-person events and virtual sessions alongside the most successful real estate operators in the country. The relationships you build are yours.
No cold calls. No prospecting. Every evaluation call is a pre-qualified inbound appointment. Lead flow is provided. Your job is execution.
High income, fully remote. OTE of $250,000–$350,000 for a strong performer. Work from anywhere in the United States with a professional setup.
You report directly to the CRO. Noah Cosby has hired and developed hundreds of salespeople and will coach you, challenge you, and invest in your development. Noah has built and lead a high-ticket sales department that produced over $100M annually in revenue and accumulated over $1B in sales in this industry.
