We are looking for a Phone Support Virtual Assistant who can confidently handle inbound calls and represent our clients with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience on every call.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners—so your ability to communicate clearly and warmly is key.
