Growth Marketing Manager (AI-Driven, SEO, Content & Social Media – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead content, SEO, and organic growth execution in a fast-moving remote environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create, and scale marketing initiatives while leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and automation platforms to move faster and smarter.

You’ll work across social media, SEO, content, and marketing systems — driving consistent growth, improving workflows, and building scalable marketing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

• Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create and manage marketing content (blogs, PR content, social media assets)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content ideation, copywriting, and repurposing
• Collaborate with designers using tools like Canva to produce engaging visuals
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach
• Schedule and publish content using Buffer or Hootsuite
• Track engagement and optimize content based on performance data

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies to drive organic traffic
• Manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and rankings
• Perform competitor analysis and SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve search visibility
• Use tools like Surfer SEO and Google Search Console to optimize performance

Website & Content Infrastructure

• Oversee website projects using ASTRO and headless WordPress
• Coordinate with developers to support landing pages, campaigns, and content publishing
• Maintain and optimize website content and performance

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Manage and improve marketing reports and performance tracking
• Support campaigns across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
• Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Coordinate execution across teams using tools like Slack and Asana
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve speed and efficiency
• Apply AI for:
• Content ideation and drafting
• Research and insights
• Marketing automation and workflow optimization
• Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve performance

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and organic growth strategies
• Strong experience in content creation and content management (blogs, assets, digital content)
• Experience coordinating across marketing, design, and development teams
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI
• Experience with:
• Social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Design tools (Canva)
• Marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
• Strong organizational and execution skills in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO)
• Experience working with headless CMS or modern web frameworks (ASTRO, WordPress)
• Background in growth marketing or organic acquisition strategies
