Role Summary

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to drive growth in the Spanish market by owning the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

You must have prior experience selling marketing or lead generation services and be confident handling outbound sales independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients and build prospect databases
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities in Spain

2. Cold Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach campaigns
  • Initiate conversations and generate interest in services

3. Qualification & Sales Process Management

  • Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline

4. Closing Deals

  • Present tailored marketing solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish + strong English
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Experience selling digital marketing / lead generation services (REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
