About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. As the first GTM hire, you will be directly responsible for the full launch strategy and execution of two upcoming SaaS products. You will lead the go-to-market efforts from end to end, starting with Product A and then applying learnings to Product B.

Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Execution:

  • Own the full go-to-market strategy and execution for Product A and Product B.
  • Build and execute the entire launch plan from conceptualization to execution, personally driving initiatives rather than delegating.
  • Transition insights from Product A to successfully launch Product B.

Beta User Acquisition & Outreach:

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard beta users for Product A.
  • Use innovative outreach methods to build meaningful relationships with early users.

Positioning & Messaging:

  • Create compelling positioning and messaging that clearly communicates product value.
  • Ensure messaging resonates with target users and drives engagement.

Launch Assets & Campaigns:

  • Develop all launch assets including copywriting, email campaigns, landing pages, and user sequences.
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to support execution.

Playbook Development:

  • Document successful strategies, learnings, and results.
  • Build a repeatable GTM playbook to improve speed and efficiency for future launches.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an early GTM hire (employee #1–5) in a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Experience leading at least one successful product launch end-to-end.
  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth, or launch strategy.
  • Strong ability to multitask across copywriting, campaigns, and outreach.
  • Experience building systems and processes to improve future launches.
