Position: Customer Experience & Revenue Representative (B2B)
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Schedule: Monday - Friday. Pacific or Eastern Time 40hrs a week ( Could change based on business needs)
Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,500 USD per month + commission
We are looking for a revenue-driven Customer Experience & Revenue Representative. In this role, you will manage live customer conversations, place orders over the phone, and drive revenue across an active book of B2B customers.
This is not a traditional support role. It combines customer experience, consultative selling, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and motivated by performance and results.
As a Customer Experience & Revenue Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through phone conversations, advising on products and services, and closing transactions. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
