About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and implement intelligent

automation systems that streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve

operational efficiency across the business. This role will focus on integrating AI tools into

existing processes and building scalable solutions that support decision-making and

execution at scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process thinking

and can translate operational challenges into AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Audit current workflows, systems, and operational bottlenecks

● Design AI-powered automation strategies across departments

● Implement LLM-based workflows using modern AI tooling

● Build integrations between internal platforms and AI systems

● Develop intelligent assistants and internal copilots for teams

● Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using automation

● Support leadership with roadmap recommendations for AI adoption

● Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions

● Document systems and maintain architecture standards

Nice-to-Have Skills

● Experience building internal AI copilots

● Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase Vector)

● LangChain / LlamaIndex

● Experience designing RAG pipelines

● Experience working with operations or growth teams

Requirements

• Proven experience designing automation systems using AI tools
• Strong understanding of LLM workflows (prompt engineering, orchestration, agent logic)
• Experience with tools such as:

• ○ Zapier / Make / n8n
• ○ Airtable / Notion / Retool / Supabase
• ○ Python or JavaScript (preferred)
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Strong systems thinking mindset
