You will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about streaming content, subscription plans, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming devices and platform access.
• Provide clear and efficient guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated with product offerings, streaming trends, and relevant technology updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle technical inquiries with patience and clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and CRM software is advantageous.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Relocation to Greece is necessary for this position.
