Position: Software Engineering Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write and evaluate code to improve AI model performance across various programming languages.
- Review model outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Annotate technical tasks and assess AI-generated solutions for quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data and model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, C#/C++, or similar.
- Strong ability to read, write, and reason about production-grade code.
- Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail.
