This role suits individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and who have an interest in high-quality coffee products. As a representative, you will provide support to customers in Croatian, assisting with inquiries related to coffee machines, orders, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including product features, usage, and maintenance, via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist customers with order processing, delivery tracking, and after-sales services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to resolve problems effectively.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service processes.
• Keep updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or appliance sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist with technical support queries.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
