As a representative, you will assist customers in French, helping them with their streaming service inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding streaming content, subscriptions, technical issues, and account management via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide clear guidance on using the streaming platform and available features.
• Assist customers in resolving playback or access problems to enhance their viewing experience.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve service quality and resolve user issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest streaming content, platform updates, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude related to streaming services.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and media streaming platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
