This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about digital media and committed to delivering excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, helping them with their streaming-related inquiries and ensuring a seamless entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to online streaming services, subscriptions, content access, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about streaming features, plans, and promotions to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to enhance the user experience.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and content delivery.
• Keep up to date with streaming media trends and platform updates to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online media, streaming, or tech support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and streaming platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
