Position: Design Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$95/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, end-to-end design workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios.
• Build scenarios across visual and brand design, product and UX design, and content and creative operations.
• Create challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.
• Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management.
• Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs.
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
• Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
