Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Sales Representative fluent in German to join our team focused on the energy sector in Germany, working from Bulgaria. This role involves promoting and selling innovative energy solutions to clients in the German market while enjoying the benefits of working in Bulgaria’s dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the German energy sector through various sales channels.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our client's energy products and services effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy industry trends and competitors within the German market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand product expertise and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to its culture and work environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and market developments.
