Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, payments, and general booking assistance via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide clear and accurate information about Booking.com's services, policies, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve complex cases.
• Stay updated on Booking.com's offerings and travel industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and booking platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Paid relocation to Greece is provided for this position.
