Acting as a full-service marketing department, they manage everything from paid advertising and SEO to websites, social media, email marketing, and overall growth strategy.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager / Account Director to take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts.

This is a senior-leve, client-facing role responsible for managing relationships, overseeing execution across multiple marketing channels, and ensuring strong performance and client retention.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a high level of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads (required)
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, websites)
  • Ability to review, QA, and understand PPC campaigns (even if not executing them)
  • Excellent professional English (confident working with U.S. clients)
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage ~30 accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Lead client meetings and communicate strategy, performance, and next steps
  • Oversee execution across multiple marketing channels:
    • Google Ads / Paid Media
    • SEO & Google Business Profile
    • Websites & landing pages
    • Social media
    • Email & content marketing
  • Conduct quality control on campaigns before client delivery
  • Identify performance issues (tracking, conversions, lead quality, etc.) and drive solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, design, content, web)
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor churn and proactively work to improve account performance

What Success Looks Like

  • Managing approximately 30 client accounts effectively
  • Maintaining monthly churn below 5%
  • Strong client satisfaction and retention
  • High-quality execution across all marketing channels
  • Proactive communication with clients and internal teams
  • Continuous improvement of campaign performance
