Jira Ticket Management: Monitor the People Team Jira queue daily, triaging, categorizing, and resolving employee inquiries, escalating when necessary.
Onboarding Coordination: Schedule onboarding sessions, initiate background checks, distribute contracts, and support new hire profile setup in Workday, Deel, and ADP.
Building processes and SOPs: Everyone here at MoonPay needs to think with a business operations mindset. You’ll be assessing our employee facing processes and looking at how we can make them scalable
AI optimisation: Using Claude, Gemini enterprise and ChatGPT, envision and plan ways of reducing manual effort to deal with employee tickets
Offboarding Administration: Process offboarding requests, ensuring documentation is completed and filed accurately.
Payroll support: Create and review monthly reports to inform our payroll manager around any changes across all payroll systems.
Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accuracy of employee records across HR systems while adhering to privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Knowledge Base Contribution: Identify recurring issues and document solutions to continuously improve processes and employee self-service resources.
3-6 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar support role.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to data management.
Comfortable working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira (experience with multiple systems a plus).
Ability to build and test robust processes
Ability to use AI to augment workflows, automate processes and analyse data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
