Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Croatian Customer Service Representative to join our travel agency team in Athens. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Athens with free accommodation included. You will provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients, helping them plan and enjoy their travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Croatian-speaking customers’ travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide comprehensive information about travel packages, destinations, and accommodations.
• Assist clients in booking travel arrangements and resolving any travel-related issues.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel agency roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Athens with provided free accommodation.
