Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards resolving inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
