Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries about products, services, and policies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with different teams to deliver effective solutions and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to enhance support quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to the local culture and lifestyle (work from home is possible).
