We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative, a trusted house cleaning service in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Master the art of converting warm leads into enthusiastic recurring customers.
• Engage with warm leads in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to establish rapport and build a positive customer relationship.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our recurring house cleaning services and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Sales:

• Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.) to promote our services and generate sales leads.
• Conduct sales consultations, provide quotes, and close sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Customer Service:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage customer accounts, including scheduling appointments, updating information, and following up on service requests.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Cross-functional Support:

• Assist with overflow customer service tasks during peak times or as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales and customer service processes.
• Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $6 - $7 / hour

Schedule: EST

Saturday - 10 am -2 pm

Sunday - 10  am - 2 pm

Monday - 9 am - 6 pm 

Tuesday - 9 am - 6 pm

Wednesday - 9 am - 6 pm
