Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer opportunities for Polish Speaking Customer Support Representatives in Sofia. We are looking for passionate individuals fluent in Polish who are eager to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Polish-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address product and service-related inquiries, offering clear and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and solutions.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and updates to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken); English language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
