Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for enthusiastic Polish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. As part of the team, you will assist Polish-speaking clients by answering their questions and resolving any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
