As a vital part of our customer support team, you will provide assistance to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to offer accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses fully covered.
