As a representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information related to high-end coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including product features, usage, and maintenance, via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customers enjoy a premium coffee experience.
• Assist customers with warranty, repairs, and order processing.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product support and customer service processes.
• Stay updated on product developments and coffee industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or premium appliance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to high-end appliance support.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
