Working hours: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, Monday - Friday

Salary: $8-$9 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, is highly creative, and has a strong command of paid advertising and performance analytics.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and growth targets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, visuals, and promotional assets.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, advertising policies, and HIPAA regulations (if applicable).

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of at least 2 years in social media marketing and digital advertising with proven results.

  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Candidates will complete a live, screen-sharing technical assessment on Meta Ads. You may present your own account or a prepared walkthrough demonstrating your expertise.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Excel, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.
  •  Excellent copywriting, content planning, and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Basic requirements

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
  • Must have relevant work experience
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
