Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for a leading airline company based in Greece. This role includes a paid relocation package and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team within the aviation industry, providing excellent support to German-speaking customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking airline customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight information, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with airline departments to ensure smooth and comprehensive customer service.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, schedules, and industry trends to offer accurate information and assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package offered.
