Front-end Developer (FE-2-042026)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role goes beyond implementation—you will drive frontend architecture, enforce best practices, and mentor team members while collaborating closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex React-based web applications
• Architect scalable and reusable frontend solutions and component libraries
• Translate Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect, responsive UI
• Lead API integration strategies and manage complex state efficiently
• Optimize performance, scalability, and application reliability
• Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
• Identify and implement improvements in frontend architecture and workflows
• Leverage AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and experimentation

Requirements

Strong experience in React.js (5–7 years) with deep understanding of core concepts

• Proficiency in TypeScript and scalable code structuring
• Expertise in state management (Zustand, Redux, or equivalent patterns)
• Hands-on experience with modern UI libraries (Mantine, Material UI, Ant Design)
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, lazy loading, and rendering strategies
• Experience in designing frontend architecture and reusable component systems
• Solid understanding of API design patterns and integration strategies
• Familiarity with Figma and design systems
• Proficiency with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Figma MCP) for productivity
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
