Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking fluent Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. This role offers a great opportunity to work with Danish-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken); English skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
