IT Admins today are drowning in "Identity Debt"—stale accounts, over-privileged permissions, and hidden misconfigurations that remain invisible until they are exploited.

The Opportunity: Founding the ISPM Platform

As a Software Engineer, you are a key builder in our founding journey. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop high-scale services, learn the intricacies of identity security, and contribute to a platform that uses AI to protect millions. This is an accelerated growth path for a developer who is passionate about Go, cloud-native systems, and building security solutions that matter.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Primarily working with Go and Node.js for cross-platform fullstack applications/services.

Collaborating with architects, UX designers, and DevOps to ensure our systems are highly available, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Working within a Scrum framework to drive agile development.

You will be building systems that consume and produce messages via Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS, and reads/analyzes data from various databases.

Using OAuth/OIDC flows for secure user authentication and service access.

Contributing to the future of our Device Management services by participating in strategic planning and scoping sessions with product managers.

We’re looking for:

3-5 years experience of Fullstack development of SAAS/Cloud applications/services.

Proficient in GO and Node.js/VueJS

Experience using one of the public cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) with CI/CD pipelines (Travis/CircleCI) to build, test and deploy.

AI coding agent proficiency: effective use of cursor/Claude/Copilot to fast track development process with optimized token consumption

Bonus Points:

Prior experience with Security/Risk Posture Management  concepts and solutions.

SOC / SIEM Empathy: Experience building tools for Security Operations Centers. You understand concepts like "False Positive Fatigue," "Triage," and "Incident Context."

Security & Identity: Exposure to authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) or experience building logic for Fraud/Risk engines.

Integrations: Experience integrating with third-party threat feeds (e.g., GeoIP, IP Reputation)
