Position Overview

In this role, you will assist clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements. You will ensure each client receives a high level of personalized support before, during, and after their experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist clients with luxury reservations, bookings, and itinerary updates
• Communicate details, policies, and documentation requirements clearly
• Monitor reservations to ensure accuracy and timely updates
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Deliver a high-touch, solutions-oriented customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
