Job Description

BnBerry is a TravelTech company that specializes in connecting hotels and resorts to online booking platforms. Our mission is to innovate the hospitality experience by maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing the customer journey through superior technology and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview: In the role of Junior Account Manager at BnBerry, you will embark on a structured career path designed to transform you into an industry expert. You will initially work directly under the Head of Customer Success, providing vital support while learning the nuances of our business. This "apprenticeship" phase is designed to give you the foundation needed to eventually transition into leading your own team and managing your own portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for high-energy individuals with strong people skills who are looking to break into the tech and travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Shadowing: Assist the Head of Customer Success with daily operations, client communications, and strategic projects.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and quick problem resolution.
  • Learning & Training: Proactively learn the hospitality ecosystem, including how online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) operate.
  • Data & CRM Management: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to maintain accurate account records and track client interactions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with account set-ups, listing optimizations, and general administrative tasks to ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Growth Track: Work toward clear milestones to transition from a support role to an independent Account Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications: To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must (both written and verbal). Proficiency in any additional languages is considered a significant benefit.
  • 0-1+ years of experience in account management, marketing, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional People Skills: A natural ability to build rapport and communicate clearly via email and video calls.
  • Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn a new industry; we value potential and coachability over previous hospitality experience.
  • Marketing Awareness: An interest in how digital content and customer service drive business results.
  • Organizational Prowess: The ability to multitask, stay organized in a remote environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) or a quick ability to learn new software.
  • Reliability: Must be highly disciplined and able to work US/EST hours consistently.
