As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our services, pricing, and availability.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

- Must be able to work full-time and flexible hours, including weekends.
