About Preveta

Preveta partners with specialty practices in urology and oncology to deliver scalable care navigation solutions that improve patient outcomes and unlock measurable financial value. As we expand into Agentic AI and oncology markets, we are building a more structured and scalable approach to customer growth, expansion, and long-term value creation.

Our Values:

  • Ownership: Own the outcome. Own the craft. Own the growth.
  • Urgency: The right moments are fleeting – know what matters and drive it home.
  • Customer Obsession: Walk a mile in the customer’s shoes – and own the pain as if it were yours.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (or early-career Technical Program Manager) to own the delivery of customer integrations and evolve integrations into a scalable competitive capability for Preveta.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You will be the person who keeps individual integration projects on track while building the operating model, playbooks, and performance metrics that reduce time-to-live and make integrations a repeatable strength for the company.

The right candidate is a structured thinker with strong communication skills, comfort in technical environments, and the judgment to know when to drive, when to unblock, and when to escalate. You are equally at home running a customer go-live call and building the dashboards that track integration performance.

What You’ll Own

Technical Project Management — “Deliver integrations successfully”

  • Own delivery of individual customer integrations from kickoff through production go-live, coordinating Engineering, Customer Success, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders
  • Manage project execution including timeline, dependencies, risk mitigation (including HIPAA-aligned data handling), data validation, and go-live readiness
  • Drive customer enablement and post-launch stabilization to ensure successful activation, adoption, and that defined success criteria are achieved

Technical Program Management — “Build integrations into a scalable competitive capability”

  • Own and evolve Preveta’s integration operating model, establishing scalable processes, playbooks, and technical standards across all customer implementations
  • Align integration strategy with product, engineering, and revenue objectives, reducing time-to-live and increasing customer activation efficiency
  • Define and track integration performance metrics (cycle time, quality, activation, scalability), proactively identifying structural improvements to support growth

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders at the right level of detail
  • Translate between technical and non-technical audiences with fluency
  • Escalate effectively—know when to ask for help and when to make a call
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, engineers, and leadership through reliable execution and clear communication

What Success Looks Like

Within 6 months, you will have:

  • Successfully led multiple customer integrations to on-time go-live with defined success criteria met
  • Established a repeatable integration playbook and operating model that new team members can follow
  • Stood up integration performance metrics (cycle time, quality, activation, scalability) with visibility across the organization
  • Identified and driven at least one structural improvement that measurably reduced time-to-live
  • Become a trusted operating partner to the CTO and broader leadership team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related discipline
  • Track record of leading customer-facing technical integrations or implementation programs end-to-end
  • Experience in Healthtech SaaS, healthcare technology, or provider-facing solutions strongly preferred
  • Experience establishing scalable operating models, playbooks, or technical standards for delivery
  • Comfort operating in technical environments and engaging credibly with engineering teams and third-party vendors

Capabilities

  • Structured, detail-oriented thinker who brings order to ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication—able to tailor the message to the audience
  • Ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than authority
  • Judgment to balance rigor with pragmatism in a small-team environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the pace of an early-stage company
  • Self-directed and accountable—you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

Differentiating Experience

  • Experience in urology, oncology, or specialty provider workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2), EHR integrations, or clinical data workflows
  • Background implementing AI or data-intensive products into customer environments
  • Experience at an early-stage startup where you had to build process from scratch
  • Ability to assist in the design, development, and validation of SQL queries to produce customer-facing ROI reporting, translating operational data into clear, defensible performance metrics
  • PMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)

Why This Role Matters

Preveta is entering a new phase of growth with Agentic AI and oncology expansion. Integrations are the connective tissue that unlocks customer value—and turning integrations from a project-by-project effort into a scalable competitive capability is central to that next phase.

You will help Preveta activate customers faster, deliver more reliably, and build the operating foundation that supports the next stage of the company.
