Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team or senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and international staffing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
