Job Description

We're growing our Sales team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join us from the Philippines.
You'll be working US hours alongside our Account Executives, helping build pipeline by reaching out to prospects, qualifying inbound leads, and booking meetings that move the business forward.

What You'll Do:
  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn;
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads within 24 hours;
  • Run discovery conversations to qualify fit — integration needs, industry pain points, budget, and timing;
  • Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives with clear, detailed notes;
  • Work closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance;
  • Keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date in Salesforce and Outreach.

  • What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role;
  • Strong research skills — you know how to find the right person and the right angle;
  • Good business judgment — you can quickly assess whether a conversation is worth pursuing;
  • Comfortable working US hours from the Philippines;
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
